Our Story

Trip Stitch started as a personal journey long before it became a brand. Operating out of Northern Michigan, Hayden (20) and Alyssa (21) have spent years exploring the world of psychedelics together. What began as a teenage curiosity quickly evolved into a vital tool for our own healing. Navigating mushrooms together is what allowed us to grow closer as partners, helping us navigate and manage the mental health issues we both actively struggle with. As partners in both life and creativity, we combined forces to bring these deeply personal experiences into the physical world—with Hayden driving the conceptual vision and research, and Alyssa executing the creative design and building the storefront.

The real turning point came when Hayden looked at our history and had a spark of an idea. We decided to stop just experiencing it and start researching what was actually happening underneath the surface. That deep dive into the research bridged the gap between the abstract mind and the physical body, and that is exactly when we realized we had to create a physical outlet for it.

Our Mission

At Trip Stitch, we believe art is the ultimate bridge between nature's mystery and human science. Our brand is a dedicated Sci-Art project striving to de-stigmatize psilocybin by illustrating its profound, restorative effects on the brain and body. Through our collections of trippy, anatomical, and mycelium-inspired apparel, we aim to visualize complex concepts like neurogenesis and the quieting of the Default Mode Network. We are building more than just a clothing line; we are creating a space to celebrate the "Wood Wide Web" and the beautiful ways mushrooms help us feel more connected to the world and ourselves.

The Art & The Intention

That deep dive changed how we looked at art and identity. We wanted to take that fascination with the mind and fuse it directly with the physical form, which is why our designs lean heavily into psychedelic and anatomical art. Every piece we create is a reflection of that research, blending the intricate reality of the human body with the expansive nature of the mind.

This storefront is our way of bringing those concepts out into the physical world. We create apparel and accessories for the thinkers, the explorers, and anyone who appreciates art with a deeper story behind it.
